US Ambassaor Nikki Haley told the United Nations Security Council on Saturday that if Syria should use poison gas again “the United States us locked and loaded” to strike again. Haley made the warning as council overwhelmingly rejected a Russian resolution calling for condemnation of “aggression” by the United States, the United Kingdom and France against Syria on Saturday, a vote reflecting support for the allied airstrikes on Syrian chemical sites.
